4 key elements in my coaching
Holistic approach. I think that holistic approach is a prerequisite for sustainable, responsible and health-supporting coaching. When we want to make sustainable changes in our well-being, we have to look at our lives as a whole, taking into account not only physical activity, but also nutrition, sleep & recovery and life’s overall load. Not to forget mental, emotional, social and spiritual aspects. Everything is interconnected.
Balance of the Nervous System. I now understand that well-being begins with the balanced state of the nervous system. This balance leads to better decision-making, improved emotional regulation, enhanced sleep quality, a healthier metabolism, and better overall performance. In my coaching programs, we focus on learning how to naturally balance our nervous system and hormones, empowering you to achieve lasting well-being.
Learning and understanding. I believe that sustainable changes require understanding of the physiology of your own body, deepening of self knowledge and becoming aware of the impact of your daily habits on well-being. It’s easier to make changes when you understand HOW your body responds to different things, WHY your body reacts in a certain way and WHAT makes you act the way you do.
Safe, caring and fun environment. That's what I offer to my clients. Safe place to be who you are. Feeling of being heard and seen. And sessions from which you leave with a smile on your face.
